HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The shipping time consists of two sections - 

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
  • Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

We use a high security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and 5econds. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfil orders.

Following this your package will arrive between 10-20 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

Because of this, your order can be shipped anywhere from EU, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam etc. via our partnership with USPS.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 5-10 business days. When this is completed, your will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed including QA process, testing and packing within 5-10 business days of the order being placed.

  • FREE Standard Shipping for all USA Orders over $40 where stated, rest free shipping all over the world
  • Most US-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-72 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
  • The only downside of our service is that our products are so *HOT* And normally out of stock in US warehouse. Don’t worry, we have backup storage in Asia and will ship your product directly from our warehouse if needed and your order will arrive within 2 to 4 Weeks (the US Only). Your time is invaluable, we won’t waste it.
  • For worldwide (non-US) customer. Your product will arrive within 2-5 weeks depending on your shipping address.

We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer

 

Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days from arrival date. If 10 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via support@Zoyimall.com  for more information.

Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that all sales items are not eligible for refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@zoyimall.com
